Well, I weighed in on Monday. . . and no change. That can be a good thing- I mean. . . let's face it no change means. . . NO Gain also. So I'm looking on the positive side. I will lose this last 5 lbs and reach my Goal, it just may go slower than most. I really need to think water more often than I do. I will drink my 8+ glasses everyday this week. That's my goal for this week.
Yes, Seattle had snow- it's really not that much - it's just that most people either do not know or have forgotten how to drive in the snow. It took me over an hour and half to get home last night. That should be a 30 minute drive. . . .but I guess I was lucky- some of my co workers were in traffic for 5 hours. Now, that's just wrong.
So the weather Advisory says - more snow possible for the next 2 days - so, we will see. Most places only have about an inch and half on the ground- but a couple places got 3 to 5 inches last night. The roads aren't bad today, but tonight after work- could mean black ice. Hope NOT. Thanks for reading
