OK- I am looking back at all my weight loss and seeing that I WAS 145 at the beginning of DECEMBER 2006- Here it is MARCH 2007 and I am still playing with the same 5 pounds. This is a little more than frustrating- I just do NOT want to go back to my old habits- like starving myself to get a few pounds off. NS has taught me to eat with portion control and eat 5 times per day. I want to continue that. SO I have ordered the 3 day Body Boost Program-it is higher protein foods and lower carbs. Hopefully that will send a message to my body. AND, I know my exercising- has NOT been all that it can be- so I am going to have to bite the bullet and join a gym or fitness center to get me started on a ROUTINE.
I tried to locate the SLIM and TONE fitness centers here in WA state- but only in Spokane and Vancouver, WA- NOT too close to Seattle. And they do not plan on any more in WA at this time. SO- I am thinking about LA Fitness or CURVES- only because I see their signs while driving. I am open to suggestions though---write me. Thanks for reading.
SO, still no new/recent pictures- thought I had some of me on my Birthday in January- but they turned out to be all pics of my Grandsons. I'll ask someone to take some of me this week. HEY, 145 lbs is almost to GOAL- I probably won't look much different at 140 lbs anyway.
